CLINICAL SUPERVISION

.   Whether you are in training or fully qualified, supervision works best when you feel safe to explore your practice and your experiences of your clients. Just like in counselling and psychotherapy, growth in supervision comes from that place of vulnerability. And it requires you to work with someone you can deeply trust. As a supervisor I place the personal relationship at the centre of my work, just as I do as a therapist.

Having completed a clinical supervision training accredited by the British Psychological Society (BPS), I have experience of providing supervision to a variety of professionals at different levels of qualification. I can offer clinical supervision to:

  • Psychologists
  • Counsellors
  • Psychotherapists
  • Other professionals, where appropriate

In two modalities:

  • Online (on Zoom or similar)
  • Face-to-face, in Wilmslow, Cheshire.

Feedback as a supervisor

"The most useful and helpful support I have had as part of my training and where I feel I have learnt the most from qualified professionals."

"You are so professional and you have such integrity."

"I never feel that I am ‘just another person’ and you are very careful to ensure I have your attention during the session."

"When we meet you are ready for our session, are very organised and in each session you listen carefully to me and help me to navigate through whatever is coming up."

"I feel very supported and that I can trust you and tell you what is concerning me. You also challenge me in appropriate ways when needed and I feel very assured that the advice you provide is very sound."

"Didier has been invaluable as a supervisor to me whilst in training."
